ReturnPolicy for Free Medicine Club

At Free Medicine Club, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. However, as a startup boutique, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness and sustainability. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can assist:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued as store credit only, allowing you to choose another product that better suits your needs. Custom or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@freemedicineclub.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case promptly and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue store credit for the value of the item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
